Jim Cox joined Western Rivers Conservancy in 2011. He has more than 40 years of experience working professionally in the nonprofit sector. Prior to joining the WRC team, Jim was a stage director and production manager in live theatre and opera and is a past manager of the Oregon Cultural Trust. He has served as a steering committee co-chair of the Nonprofit Association of Oregon and is an active member of the Northwest Planned Giving Roundtable.
In his free time, you can find him fly fishing and hiking along the outstanding rivers of the West as well as sitting in on trumpet in several jazz combos throughout the Portland-Metro area.
